Job summary

Abdulwahed Bin Shabib Investment Group LLC seeks an AV procurement specialist in Dubai to source and purchase AV products from suppliers and distributors. You will prepare BOQ/BOM, quotations, and technical submittals, ensuring compliance with project requirements and budget.

You will support sales with technical proposals, coordinate with suppliers and project teams, and apply strong negotiation, Excel, and communication skills, with UAE experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in AV procurement / pre-sales.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Strong AV product and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase AV products from suppliers and distributors
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, negotiate, and follow up on deliveries
• Prepare strong BOQ, BOM, quotations, technical submittals, and compliance sheets
• Select AV products based on project requirements and budget
• Support sales teams with technical proposals and customer presentations
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, consultants, and project teams
• Knowledge of AV brands, 70V, 100V audio systems, amplifiers, speakers, displays, projectors, microphones, DSP, video conferencing, and AV accessories
• 2–5 years of experience in AV procurement / pre-sales
• Strong AV product and technical knowledge
• UAE experience preferred
• Good negotiation, communication, and MS Excel skills
• Ability to prepare BOQ/BOM and technical quotations
• UAE driving license is an advantage
