Job summary

SO/ Uptown Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented IT Coordinator to join our technology team in Dubai. You will support end-users, maintain IT infrastructure, and coordinate with departments to meet their technology needs.

Responsibilities include first-level IT support, asset tracking, system monitoring, vendor coordination, and user training. You will help ensure data integrity, security, and smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users and troubleshoot issues.
• Diagnose problems and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Assist with system access, password resets, email configuration, and software installation.
• Maintain records of support tickets and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Proactively identify recurring issues and propose solutions.
• Manage IT asset inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
• Support deployment/configuration of new IT equipment and software.
• Create and update IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Support IT policies and procedures across departments.
• Monitor systems and network performance; assist with backups and disaster recovery.
