Job summary

CSCEC Middle East seeks an experienced IT Support professional for the HQ in the United Arab Emirates. The role covers video conference, cyber security, desk help, procurement, repairs, AMC, fixed asset management, and coordination with suppliers on IT requirements.

You will manage contracts, payments, daily hardware/software support, printers and conference systems, network configuration, and security tasks while coordinating with finance and admins to ensure smooth IT operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in computer science or IT.
• 3-5 years of work experience in IT support.

Responsibilities

• Process IT contracts (new/renew) and procurement.
• Manage payments for IT contracts and purchases.
• Provide daily IT support for hardware and software.
• Manage printers, conference systems, and AV setup.
• Handle network configuration and cyber security tasks.
• Coordinate IT asset management and supplier payments.
