Job summary

The role covers hardware troubleshooting, printer management, structured cabling, server and workstation support, user accounts, IT security, and preventive maintenance to keep operations secure, compliant, and productive.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support, networking, CCTV/security systems, and SIRA requirements.
• Proven ability to configure and troubleshoot Windows OS and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees and company users.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment and networks.
• Manage CCTV/security systems, IP cameras, and NVR/DVR devices.
• Support SIRA portal submissions and documentation.
• Maintain IT assets, cabling, and network documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for service calls and equipment replacements.
• Ensure security and backups are in place and updated.
