Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking a technically adept Onboarding Specialist to lead new client implementations and establish secure remote access with offices and IT providers. You will configure and troubleshoot VPN, remote desktop, and network connectivity, acting as the main technical owner after rollout.

The role requires coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth implementations, documenting processes, and driving long-term improvements in remote access reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support or similar roles.
• Experience supporting remote users and VPNs.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, auth, and networking.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
