Nuvodia, LLC is seeking an IT support professional to provide remote and on-site assistance in a clinical setting in the UAE. You will manage service tickets, install radiology software like PACS and Voice Recognition, and troubleshoot workstation issues while maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of technical helpdesk experience.
• Experience with workstation, network, and cloud technology.
• Knowledge of workstation hardware and software support.

Responsibilities

• Resolve general workstation issues including operating systems and hardware compatibility
• Maintain appropriate technical documentation for support and training
• Monitor queue email request folders to meet department needs
• Proactively identify areas for workflow or application improvement

Requirements

• Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• One year of technical helpdesk experience
• Experience with workstation, network, and cloud technology
• Knowledge of workstation hardware and software support
• Valid state driver's license and proof of insurance
• Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test

Preferred Qualifications

• Fundamental knowledge of healthcare or radiology application functionality
• Experience supporting RIS, PACS, or Voice Recognition systems
