Qualifications

• Emirati with Family Book required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support and resolve hardware, software, system, and user issues.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and ensure timely resolution of IT requests.
• Assist with installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT hardware and software.
• Support network connectivity, user access and IT infrastructure requirements.
• Maintain records of IT assets, systems, issues, and support activities.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers as needed.
• Support system updates, backups, security practices, and IT maintenance.
• Assist with IT policies, procedures, and internal standards.
• Provide guidance to users on IT systems and applications best practices.
