Intelligent Solutions HR in Dubai seeks an Emirati IT Officer to join our client’s team. The role focuses on hands-on IT support, maintaining systems, and assisting with infrastructure needs in a corporate setting.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors, and support IT projects while upholding security practices and IT maintenance. Dubai-based, Dubai-employer environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Emirati with Family Book required.
• Bachelor's degree (or diploma) in Information Technology or related field.
• Experience in IT support, systems, infrastructure or general IT operations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day IT support and resolve hardware, software, system, and user issues.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and ensure timely resolution of IT requests.
• Assist with installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT hardware and software.
• Support network connectivity, user access and IT infrastructure requirements.
• Maintain records of IT assets, systems, issues, and support activities.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers as needed.
• Support system updates, backups, security practices, and IT maintenance.
• Assist with IT policies, procedures, and internal standards.
• Provide guidance to users on IT systems and applications best practices.
• Support IT projects and system improvements as required.
