Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is seeking an experienced IT Support professional to manage and secure clinic IT systems, EMR/EHR software, and network connectivity to ensure uninterrupted patient services.

You will assist doctors and staff, implement data backup and cybersecurity measures, maintain CCTV and access control, and coordinate with vendors for licenses and hardware.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT/CS or related field.
• 4–5 years IT support experience, Healthcare/clinic experience preferred.
• Knowledge of network and system administration.
• Experience with medical/clinic software and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and network equipment.
• Manage clinic management software (EMR/EHR), appointment scheduling, billing and insurance platforms.
• Support doctors and staff with day-to-day IT issues.
• Ensure data backup, cybersecurity and protection of patient records.
• Maintain CCTV, access control, telephone systems and Wi‑Fi networks.
• Coordinate with vendors for software licenses, hardware maintenance and IT support services.
• Set up workstations and IT access for new employees.
• Monitor and maintain IT inventory and assets.
• Assist in procurement of IT equipment, software and related services.
• Ensure compliance with DHA requirements related to electronic data and patient information security.
