Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues.
• Monitor system performance and ensure data security and backup processes.
• Provide technical support to staff for IT-related problems.
• Maintain CCTV systems, internet connectivity, and office devices.
• Assist in setting up new systems, workstations, and user accounts.
• Ensure smooth functioning of hospital management software and digital systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors for technical support and maintenance when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and system troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows systems, networking concepts, and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
