Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 8+ years of IT management experience with multinational teams preferred.
• Proficient in ERP/CRM systems; hands-on AI technology implementations.
• Fluent in English and Chinese for international project communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction, operation, maintenance, and cybersecurity of IT infrastructure at Dubai HQ.
• Manage and optimize ERP (Dynamics 365) and CRM (Zoho) systems for efficiency.
• Lead digital transformation and data management initiatives; standardize data workflows.
• Explore and implement AI solutions to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Coordinate global IT teams and ensure cross-regional system integration.
