The role manages ERP Dynamics 365 and Zoho, leads digital transformation, standardizes data workflows, and coordinates global IT teams to enable cross-regional collaboration and cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT management experience; multinational IT teams preferred.
• Proficient in ERP/CRM systems; familiarity with Dynamics 365 and Zoho preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; capable of leading international IT project communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the construction operation, maintenance, and cybersecurity protection of IT infrastructure at the Dubai headquarters.
• Ensure the stable operation of hardware and networks and oversee ERP/CRM systems optimization.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and data management, standardize data workflows, and unlock data value.
• Coordinate global IT teams and facilitate cross-regional system integration and collaboration.
