The role manages ERP Dynamics 365 and Zoho, leads digital transformation, standardizes data workflows, and coordinates global IT teams to enable cross-regional collaboration and cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT management experience; multinational IT teams preferred.
• Proficient in ERP/CRM systems; familiarity with Dynamics 365 and Zoho preferred.
• Fluent in English and Chinese; capable of leading international IT project communication and collaboration.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8 or more years of IT management experience; experience in managing multinational IT teams is preferred. Proficient in ERP/CRM systems (familiarity with Dynamics 365 and Zoho is preferred), with hands-on experience in implementing AI technology applications. Fluent in English and Chinese, with the ability to independently lead international IT project communication and collaboration.
