Job summary

Archibat HR seeks an IT Audit Manager for its Internal Audit function in Dubai, focusing on technology risk across real estate development and related operations. You will plan and execute IT audits of ERP, cybersecurity, data governance, and ITGC controls within a multinational real estate group.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in IT/CS/Accounting, with 5+ years IT audit experience and certifications such as CISA/CISSP preferred. Experience with UAE regulations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field
• CISA, CISSP, or similar certification preferred
• 5+ years IT audit experience, ideally within real estate, construction, or a related capital-intensive industry
• Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Yardi, or similar property/real estate platforms)
• Experience with UAE regulatory environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute IT audits covering ERP systems, project management platforms, cybersecurity controls, data governance, and IT general controls (ITGC)
• Assess risks related to digital transformation initiatives within real estate development operations (BIM systems, CRM, ERP, property management software)
• Evaluate IT infrastructure, network security, and business continuity/disaster recovery arrangements
• Review third-party vendor and contractor system access and data security compliance
• Perform SOX/internal control testing where applicable to IT systems
• Report audit findings and remediation plans to Audit Committee/senior management
• Coordinate with external auditors and IT teams on system implementations and upgrades
