Qualifications

Archibat HR is seeking a IT Manager for an international high-end real estate development group with operations spanning the UK, the UAE, and China, specializing in landmark luxury residential and mixed-use developments in Dubai, London, and beyond. Responsibilities

• Responsible for the construction, operation and maintenance, and cybersecurity protection of the IT infrastructure at the Dubai headquarters, ensuring the stable operation of hardware and networks.
• Oversee the management and optimization of the group’s ERP (Dynamics 365) and CRM (Zoho) systems, improving business system adaptability and operational efficiency.
• Lead the group’s digital transformation initiatives and data management efforts, standardize data workflows, and unlock the value of data.
• Explore the application of AI technologies (including AI-powered data analytics and AI office automation) in business scenarios, and implement solutions to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate global IT teams, facilitate cross-regional system integration and standardization, and ensure smooth global IT collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8 or more years of IT management experience; experience in managing multinational IT teams is preferred.
• Proficient in ERP/CRM systems (familiarity with Dynamics 365 and Zoho is preferred), with hands-on experience in implementing AI technology applications.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, with the ability to independently lead international IT project communication and collaboration.
