Archibat HR is seeking a Finance Director for an international high-end real estate development group with operations spanning the UK, the UAE, and China, specializing in landmark luxury residential and mixed-use developments in Dubai, London, and beyond. • Take full responsibility for the formulation and implementation of the group’s financial strategy. In line with the group’s overall development plan, establish a sound financial framework covering financial accounting, fund management, budget management, tax planning, and more.
• Lead the finance team in carrying out daily work, guiding and supervising team members in routine financial tasks such as bookkeeping, financial statement preparation and analysis, to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Participate in major business decisions of the group, providing professional analysis and recommendations from a financial perspective on project investments, financing, and other matters, and assessing the financial feasibility and risks of such decisions.
• Oversee the centralized management of the group’s funds, rationally allocate capital, improve the efficiency of fund utilization, and ensure the stability of the group’s cash flow.
• Conduct tax planning to ensure tax compliance, reduce tax costs, and maintain good relationships with tax authorities.
• Establish and improve the internal financial control system to prevent financial risks, and regularly assess and provide early warnings on financial risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or related fields, with 5–8 years or more of experience as a Financial Director or in an equivalent senior finance role in a large enterprise.
• Must hold an ACCA qualification and be proficient in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Solid expertise in finance, with a thorough knowledge of national financial and tax laws, regulations, and policies.
• Prior experience working in UAE is a must.
• Proven experience in team management, with excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and team-building skills, and the ability to effectively guide the team toward achieving goals.
• Keen financial insight and risk anticipation capabilities, with the ability to provide strong financial support for the group’s business decisions.
• High professional ethics and integrity, with a rigorous, detail-oriented approach and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
