Qualifications

• Experience leading IT teams across multiple properties.
• Ability to design and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, security, backups, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Execute IT strategy and implementation across multiple properties, aligning with area, cluster, and corporate objectives.
• Monitor and improve system performance and security, overseeing upgrades and maintenance.
• Resolve technical issues for users, providing training and support for a seamless technology experience.
• Ensure IT standards compliance, including HTN guidelines and certification requirements.
• Lead technology projects such as workstation/server refreshes, Wi‑Fi, PBX, and POS deployments.
• Support hotel operations and collaborate with property management to minimize downtime.
• Recruit, train, and coach the IT team, conducting evaluations and development opportunities.
