Qualifications

• Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Computer Science or IT.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience with hardware setup and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of networks, operating systems, and databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for hotel computer hardware; ensure systems are installed and working.
• Stay up to date with LAN to POS systems and report to GM, Director, and Area IT Leader.
• Maintain hardware/software performance and security, evaluate vendor proposals.
• Share expertise with hotel team through knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Protect IT infrastructure against cyber threats.
