Job summary

German International School Dubai is seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee the school's technology, networks, and educational platforms. You will manage ERP implementations, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Showbie, while guiding cybersecurity, licensing, and vendor contracts.

You will lead the IT team, shape long-term IT strategy, and ensure reliable infrastructure, classroom devices, and digital learning environments across the international school setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, preferably in a school environment.
• Proven experience in managing and supporting ERP systems (implementation experience highly desirable).
• Experience managing networks, firewalls, cloud systems, PA systems, and Avaya telephone systems.
• Knowledge of school systems (SIS/LMS), Microsoft 365, Teams and Showbie preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities
