Job summary

Sofitel Dubai Downtown is seeking an IT/Operations Technician to keep our systems running smoothly in a luxury hotel environment in Downtown Dubai. You will coordinate critical repairs and equipment restoration to ensure uninterrupted guest services.

You will guard data with backup procedures and recovery plans, and investigate software faults, delivering fixes in line with SLAs.
