Job summary

Sofitel Dubai Downtown seeks a Sales Executive with 1–3 years of hotel sales experience to identify and develop corporate, leisure and group opportunities; conduct calls, client visits, and site inspections; maintain strong client relationships.

You will promote rooms, restaurants, conference facilities, and events; coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, F&B and Events to ensure service excellence; work toward monthly and annual targets; fluent English is required, UAE driving licence a

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; UAE Driving Licence a plus.

Job Description

• Identify and develop new corporate, leisure, travel trade, and group business opportunities.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, and hotel site inspections.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and key accounts.

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of client information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Handle client feedback and resolve sales-related issues professionally.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-management abilities.
• Good knowledge of the local corporate and hospitality market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel/CRM systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Having a UAE Driving Licence is a plus
