Flip retail in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking an IT Support Executive to design, implement, and manage the IT framework for educational operations. The role requires a UAE-based education background, MCSE/CCNA, and 3–5 years as IT support in education, with UI/UX and DevOps being advantageous.

You will support email systems, Active Directory, and network security while maintaining servers, backups, and CRM/LMS platforms. Strong English communication and team collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with MCSE/CCNA and 3 years of pertinent experience in education sector in UAE.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as IT Assistance Exec in education and learning field ideally in a college.
• Expertise of UI/UX Design & DevOps is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate and solve issues effectively.
• Familiarity with plans, procedures and regulations related to the job.

Responsibilities

• IT framework design, implementation and administration (Server, wired/wireless network).
• Disaster Recovery site, backup implementation with data facility for critical server duties.
• Manage and implement e-mail system & Active Directory.
• Upgrade server room to market standards in a feasible way.
• Firewall monitoring and management for the university.
• Managing servers in data facility.
• Management of systematized, standalone & cloud printers.
• Management of biometrics presence system and ID cards for staff and students.
• Establish and manage Virtual Private Network.
• Setup and manage video conferencing platforms like Zoom/Google Meet/Groups and related hardware.
• IP PBX administration and management.
• Plan, implement, administer CRM (Bitix) & LMS (Moodle) and other applications.
• Provide technical training for IT staff and teams.
• Manage IT assets.
• Provide guidance and discuss policies and procedures to staff and end-users.
• Manage website hosting.
• Need to understand UI/UX & DevOps.
