Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a comparable role.
• Experience in customer-facing in a B2B setting.
• Experience in network management or software development.
• Previous help desk support experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Self-motivated, organized, independent, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative assistance for assigned tasks.
• Offer level-one technical support, acting as liaison between clients and higher-level support.
• Coordinate with team members on various support tasks.
• Review, develop and implement procedures to improve operational performance and meet business needs.
