Job summary

Olik Global is seeking a Lead Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer in Dubai to manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure. The role requires strong L2/L3 support across Windows Server, AD, and identity management, with hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms including Azure and OCI.

You will drive infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, and automation initiatives while ensuring security, availability, and governance across critical systems.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience preferred.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server, AD, and identity management.
• Experience with cloud platforms and on-premises integration.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise IT infrastructure environments and Windows Server services.
• Provide advanced L2/L3 support for infrastructure incidents and requests.
• Plan upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Enforce IT governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with networks, cybersecurity, and application teams.
