Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an IT Support Specialist to set up desktops, laptops, and printers for employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist users in navigating IT systems.

You will perform routine maintenance, document issues and solutions, maintain device inventory, and collaborate with the IT team to ensure devices run optimally and ERP-related tasks are addressed.

• Device Configuration Set up and configure desktops laptops and printers for employees
• Technical Support Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across the organization
• User Assistance Help employees navigate and utilize IT systems software and devices efficiently
• Maintenance Perform routine maintenance and system updates to ensure devices are running optimally
• Documentation Maintain accurate records of technical issues solutions provided and inventory of devices
• Collaboration Work closely with other IT team members and escalat
