Job summary

InterSystems is seeking an experienced Facilities & Office Manager to lead facilities and workplace operations across the Middle East, with Dubai as the primary office. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency and high-quality environments for employees and visitors.

The successful candidate will manage suppliers, contracts, licences, renewals and compliance, while coordinating office moves, expansions and regional projects with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years' experience in Facilities Management or Workplace Operations within a corporate environment.
• Experience managing corporate office facilities, building operations and service providers.
• Experience coordinating office moves, expansions, fit-outs and major projects.
• Experience managing licences, renewals, insurance and compliance.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facilities and workplace operations for InterSystems offices in the Middle East, with primary Dubai responsibility.
• Ensure offices provide a safe, functional, professional and high-quality working environment.
• Oversee maintenance, liaise with landlords, contractors and facilities service providers.
• Maintain records for maintenance, contracts, assets and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate renewals of licences, permits, registrations and insurance policies.
• Manage office administration, supplies, travel arrangements and events.
• Lead office expansions, relocations, fit-outs and workplace upgrades.
• Ensure Health, Safety, security and compliance across offices.
