Job summary

The First Group Hospitality, a Dubai-headquartered luxury hospitality management company, is seeking an IT Executive to provide reliable day-to-day technology support across all departments in our UAE-based operations.

You will install and maintain hardware/software, assist with networks and cybersecurity, and help manage user accounts and business applications. Fluency in English is required, and prior IT helpdesk experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in IT support, systems administration, helpdesk operations, or a similar role.
• Working knowledge of computers, operating systems, networks, Wi‑Fi, printers, user accounts, and common business applications.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity, data protection, backups, and access management.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ticketing systems, or comparable workplace technologies is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to employees across various departments.
• Respond to IT support requests, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems promptly.
• Install, configure, maintain, and support computers, printers, mobile devices, telephones, scanners, and other equipment.
• Support networks, internet connectivity, Wi‑Fi, servers, systems, and user accounts.
• Assist with email accounts, access permissions, shared drives, software applications, and communication platforms.
• Coordinate with external IT service providers when specialist assistance is required.
• Monitor system performance, connectivity, backups, and equipment availability.
• Assist with IT asset management, software licensing, and replacement planning.
• Maintain records of support requests, equipment, user accounts, and changes.
• Assist with data backup, system updates, antivirus, and cybersecurity measures.
• Support IT policies, data protection procedures, and confidentiality.
