Job summary

FIVE Hotels and Resorts in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior IT leader to join our luxury hospitality team. You will oversee IT strategy and service delivery, ensuring seamless technology support for guests and colleagues across the group.

The role requires 4-5 years in a senior IT management position within luxury hospitality, strong IT infrastructure knowledge, and excellent communication skills to drive continuous improvement and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years in a Senior Management Information Technology role in the Luxury Hospitality Industry.
• Strong knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure, including servers, networks, telecommunications, security systems, and peripheral devices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver IT initiatives with discipline and quality.
• Proven track record in IT leadership in luxury hospitality.
• Oversee IT infrastructure: servers, networks, security, telecommunications.
• Capture and document incidents and resolutions using the Support Desk Management System.
• Collaborate with business users to optimise applications and automate processes to elevate service offerings.
• Develop training plans for the team and uphold governance and change management protocols.
