Job summary

Response Plus Medicals is seeking an IT Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. You will provide frontline and second-line IT support, troubleshoot devices, software, and networks, and ensure secure, reliable Microsoft 365 services for the organization.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in IT or CS, at least 2 years of hands-on IT support experience (UAE experience preferred), and familiarity with TCP/IP, VLANs, routing and firewalls. CCNA/MCSE is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on IT support experience (UAE experience preferred).
• CCNA and/or MCSE certification is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and services.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls).

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line and second-line IT support for end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, etc.).
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT assets.
• Perform basic network management (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, DHCP/DNS, etc.).
• Monitor IT infrastructure and ensure security best practices.
• Document IT incidents and resolutions using ticketing systems.
