Based at the Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai within the IT department in Dubai, the IT Assistant is responsible to provide additional support to the hotel IT Manager on the day-to-day IT support within the hotel. This includes, but not limited to first line colleague support, second line guest support, IT hardware and software maintenance tasks, system event alert rectifications and AV support issues. IT Assistant reports to the IT Manager.
