Job summary

Aquarius Worldwide in Ras Al Khaimah seeks an experienced IT Administrator to manage PBX systems, VoIP/SIP, and CCTV for a busy call center environment. You will ensure uptime, security, and smooth IT operations while supporting ongoing configuration and maintenance tasks.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in IT administration, strong PBX and CCTV knowledge, and hands-on VoIP/SIP experience, with solid English communication and UAE experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of PBX systems and call center configurations.
• Hands-on experience with VoIP, SIP protocols, and CCTV.
• Basic networking, servers and IT security knowledge.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• Good English communication skills.
• UAE experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure PBX systems for call center operations.
• Maintain and support VoIP and SIP-based communication systems.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
• Ensure uptime, performance, and security of IT infrastructure.
• Handle system configuration, upgrades, and basic network support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT and telecom support when required.
• Maintain basic IT documentation and system records.
