Job summary
Tanqeeb is seeking a Server Role Administrator in Dubai to manage Windows Server 2016/2013, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and VPN services while bolstering security and reliability across the network. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of systems/network administration experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, firewalls, backup, NAS, PBX and CCTV.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Windows Server 2016/2013, including domain/server roles and file servers.
- Assist in deployment and configuration of application servers.
- Implement and manage backup/recovery procedures for servers and data.
- Provide end-user support for server-hosted applications and domain services.
- Configure DNS/DHCP and maintain domain name services.
- Manage VPN, site-to-site VPN setups, and remote access.
- Design, implement, and enforce firewall policies for LAN/WAN networks.
- Maintain CCTV/NVR systems and ensure secure storage and access.
- Maintain records of IT assets and coordinate with vendors as needed.
