Detailed Job Description

As an IT Administrator at Al Fanar, you will take ownership of the day‑to‑day maintenance, user support, and troubleshooting of our enterprise IT infrastructure in Abu Dhabi. Your core responsibilities include monitoring system performance, configuring hardware and software assets, managing user access controls, and maintaining reliable network connectivity and security standards. You will serve as the primary point of contact for technical support, resolving user issues efficiently while maintaining comprehensive documentation of network topologies, hardware inventories, and software licenses. You will also participate in deploying system upgrades, performing routine data backups, and ensuring that all IT operations comply with organizational security policies and industry best practices.

• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and core networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for hardware, operating systems, and network connectivity issues.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity fundamentals, endpoint protection, and backup execution procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer‑service orientation with the ability to manage support tickets efficiently.

Nice-to-Have Skills
