As a Senior Systems Engineer / Administrator supporting our enterprise operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of enterprise systems administration, platform support, infrastructure security, and release management. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing, supporting, securing, and optimizing enterprise application platforms and underlying infrastructure in large-scale government and enterprise environments, administering Windows and Linux operating system environments, maintaining application servers, databases, middleware, storage systems, and complex system integrations, executing high availability, backup, disaster recovery, patching, and software upgrades, implementing Identity and Access Management (IAM), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Microsoft 365, API gateways, and digital signature integrations, providing L2/L3 technical support, leading incident management, root-cause analysis (RCA), and release management, enforcing security controls, audit requirements, and GRC remediation, and leveraging specialized experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), EDMS, archiving, Everteam, or Intalio platforms where applicable. Key Responsibilities
