Pairs, a vetted private capital network, seeks a leader to build and run the investor relations work around every introduction. You’ll lead five associates who manage investor members and client companies, and you’ll report directly to the founders.

This role is fully remote with US Eastern overlap, pays US$200K–US$300K total comp, and emphasizes hands-on work and coaching. You’ll set priorities, review pitches, and maintain the highest standard for every introduction.

Qualifications

• Led a team before, ideally around five people.
• Background in family office, VC, growth fund, or investment banking.
• Experience raising capital for private companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead mandate calls with family offices and funds.
• Coach associates on pitches and client conversations.
• Ensure high-quality introductions and referrals.
• Hire and onboard as the team grows.
