Job summary

Pairs is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to bring investors into opportunities and run each investor process with banker-like discipline. You will manage investor outreach, relationships, and matching, operating on a fully remote basis and collaborating with the co-founders and investor team.

You will own investor processes from first approach through to follow-up, build and maintain investor relationships, and ensure the right investors are engaged for each opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience with live capital raises or M&A outreach.
• Proven ability to manage investor relationships personally.
• Ability to anticipate what investors need to see before meetings.
• Discretion in handling investor information and communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage investor processes for each opportunity from outreach to follow-up.
• Grow and keep investor relationships current and qualified.
• Match investors to opportunities based on their preferences.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with investors between opportunities.
