Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking an Associate Director - Investments Strategy & Value Creation in Dubai. You will drive portfolio operations, intelligence, strategy and value creation, turning strategy into disciplined investment processes and measurable outcomes.

You will lead market research, business case development and cross-functional initiatives to deliver value across the DHI portfolio and support leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in strategy, value creation, portfolio management or related investment operations.
• Experience supporting strategy development and delivering prioritized initiatives.
• Ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and business models, provide analysis and recommendations for leadership.
• Lead portfolio governance, reporting packs and KPI frameworks for senior stakeholders.
• Identify value creation opportunities, build business cases and roadmaps.
• Coordinate with investment, legal, finance and governance teams to execute initiatives.
