Qualifications

• 4–6 years experience in a strategy role.
• Good knowledge of the real estate industry via projects or direct work.
• Experience working on Real Estate projects.
• Advanced quantitative analysis and modelling skills.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation programmes including operating model redesign and customer experience improvement.
• Develop robust blueprints for new businesses with market assessment and go-to-market plans.
• Translate blueprints into executable plans and lead mobilization through launch.
• Lead portfolio reviews of strategic initiatives and highlight progress and risks.
• Prepare management updates on progress, risks and mitigations.
• Define readiness and manage end-to-end initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Manage cross-functional delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations to maximize asset value.
