Dubai Holding is seeking a Director – Strategy & Value Creation with a focus on entertainment projects. The role leads the strategy pillar, translating enterprise direction into actionable plans and measurable value creation across destination entertainment assets.

Required is 10–12 years in strategy, with preference for experience in leisure and entertainment sectors, and a track record of leading strategic planning, partnerships and governance for large-scale attractions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus.
• Strong experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into actionable initiatives and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the vertical’s strategy and long-range plans.
• Translate strategy into programmes, initiatives and roadmaps.
• Develop financial models, value hypotheses and KPIs to track outcomes.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive value creation across the vertical.
