Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking a Manager – Investment Operations to support the operational and administrative activities of DHI’s investments, including the Funds platform. You will drive coordination with internal teams and external service providers while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of capital activity, reporting, and NAV related tasks.

The role requires at least 4 years in fund operations or administration, strong Excel/data skills, and knowledge of fund structures.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of fund structures and capital calls.
• Proficiency in Excel and data management.
• Experience with NAV calculations and fund reporting.
• Professional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital activity across multiple underlying funds and investments.
• Coordinate data entry, reporting, and audit requests with internal teams.
• Manage subscription, redemption, and liquidity schedules.
• Support annual fund audits, tax filings, and NAV reporting.
• Design workflows and automate processes to reduce risk and improve accuracy.
• Liaise with custodians, fund administrators, and third-party providers.
