Job summary

Dubai Holding seeks a Director – Strategy & Value Creation (Hospitality Assets Focus) to lead the vertical’s strategy and value creation initiatives. You will develop the 3–5 year plan, translate ambition into actionable programs and drive measurable outcomes across hospitality assets and portfolio strategies.

With 10–12 years in corporate strategy or related fields, you will craft financial models, assess market dynamics and coordinate cross-functional execution.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, management consulting or similar
• Hospitatlity sector experience is required, with exposure to hospitality assets or portfolio strategy
• Experience leading strategy development and strategic planning cycles
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive change

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the vertical’s strategy and business models over a 3–5 year horizon
• Translate strategy into actionable plans, initiatives and roadmaps
• Develop financial models, value hypotheses and success metrics
• Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities and partnerships
• Design governance for transformation programs and ensure delivery
• Build capability within the strategy team and drive performance management
