Job summary

Wasael Property Management in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Storekeeper to manage receiving, storing, and issuing materials to support operations; maintains inventory records and ensures traceability and compliance with storage procedures.

The role focuses on accurate record management, ERP/WMS transaction processing, stock counts, and collaboration with Procurement and Maintenance to ensure material availability and operational continuity.

Qualifications

• High School Certificate or equivalent.
• 3 years of storekeeping or inventory management experience.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
• Knowledge of material traceability and warehouse documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials per approved procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support ERP/WMS transactions.
• Conduct stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, and Quality for material requirements.
