Job summary

ADNOC is seeking a warehouse specialist to manage receipt, storage and issue of materials and equipment in a busy Abu Dhabi facility.

You will verify deliveries, update ERP records, conduct stock checks and support safe handling of items in a controlled environment. The role is ideal for someone with 4 years in oil & gas inventory management and forklift operation, in a hot, air-conditioned setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification as stated: Secondary School Certificate with a vocational trade certificate.
• Experience in maintenance of inventory and stock in a large industrial plant is required.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and stock reconciliation is expected.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and issue materials in line with purchase orders.
• Update ERP records and reconcile discrepancies in stock data.
• Perform periodic stock checks and report on discrepancies or expiring items.
