Job summary

Confidential, a leading tower crane and heavy equipment company in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to maintain inventory accuracy, manage SAP MM transactions, and coordinate with procurement, warehouse and maintenance teams.

The role focuses on stock control, cycle counts, reconciliations, inventory reporting, and ensuring timely material availability for operations in the heavy equipment sector.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Inventory Management and Stock Control.
• Strong experience in Material Management and materials coordination.
• Advanced SAP experience with the ability to work as an SAP Super User.
• Experience with SAP MM and inventory-related processes is highly preferred.
• Previous experience in Tower Crane, Heavy Equipment, Construction Equipment, Industrial Equipment, Machinery, or Engineering & Maintenance sectors is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and material availability.
• Ensure accurate recording and tracking of inventory, spare parts, and materials.
• Manage inventory transactions through SAP while maintaining data accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, excess inventory, and slow-moving items.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Operations teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Support inventory planning and optimize material utilization.
• Prepare inventory reports and provide analysis to management.
• Ensure compliance with company inventory and material management procedures.

A leading company in the Tower Crane and Heavy Equipment industry is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in inventory and material management, along with advanced SAP experience in industrial or heavy equipment environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, managing material transactions through SAP, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring the efficient availability of spare parts and materials. Candidates with experience in crane or heavy equipment companies will have a distinct advantage.
