Job summary

Al Seer in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Stock Controller with a background in accounting to ensure stock accuracy through physical verification and system updates. You will coordinate mid-year and year-end counts with Finance, Supply Chain, Stores and Administration to ensure proper stock conduct.

Responsibilities include monitoring short expiry stocks, stock-in-transit clearance, clearing expired goods, and highlighting stock ageing mismatches with corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Graduate in accounting discipline with minimum 2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Stock accuracy by conducting continuous Physical verification of stocks and updating the systems.
• Ensure that the Mid Year and Year end stock count is conducted as per the guidelines & Polices
• Coordinating with Finance, Supply chain, Stores & Administration for the proper conducting of Stock count
• Monitor short expiry stocks and highlight areas of concern periodically
• Follow up of stock-in-transit and ensure clearance.
• Ensure that the expired goods are cleared from the system through rigorous follow-ups
• Monitor the ageing of stocks on a periodic basis and highlighting the Mismatches and making corrective actions
• Conducting Spot check during day & night for ensuring the accuracy of the stocks picked & loaded
