Overview

Junior Inventory Controller / Junior Supply Controller (Women).

Responsibilities
  • Updating and also fixing up the sales and also acquisitions for all brands each day.
  • Produce and confirm the stock degree for all brand names daily.
  • Keep a document of the invoice/packing listing of all foreign/local acquisitions.
  • Reconcile all purchases reserved in the system against the account dept at the end of each month.
  • Adhere to up with the logistics team for the confirmation of items invoice as well as the equivalent scanned/intake/shipment file.
  • Take care of the technological issues in the sales or purchase files collaborating with the store, IT team as well as the principal if necessary.
  • Give the verified stock holding record to the brand managers at the time of sales duration.
  • Send out the verified stock holding to the accounts dept at the end of every month along with the supporting records.
  • Update the Physical Stock in the system after confirming all the deals versus the shop register.
  • Conduct Cycle Count and Inventory in the shops if essential.
  • Support Supply Assistants for finishing their jobs if required.
  • Gather the essential master data from the Buying Manager, download and install the very same to the stock plan as well as transfer the data to the various shop areas.
  • Update the rate adjustments to the inventory plan and transfer the information to the store areas.
  • Create the dummy Goods Received Note (GRN) and also get required verification from Merchandising Manager/Accounts for the correctness of cost/retail price/gross margin prior to upgrading the GRN in the system.
  • Responsible for update of the Stock/GRN documents, stock transfers, sales documents and also the physical variation record in the corresponding stock package.
  • Keep a record of all problems/ written off stock for all the brands and also change with the authorization of the accredited workers.
  • Reconciliation of closing supply on the basis of all stores and DC.
  • Prepare regular monthly stock movement report and submit it to the worried department.
  • Supply stock holding details to the corresponding personnel at HO as and also when required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Level in a related field.
  • A credentials in Products/ Logistics Monitoring is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the sector.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Very organized, a positive self-starter and a team player.
  • Flexible and able to operate in a hectic setting.
