Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY is seeking a Storekeeper to meticulously receive, inspect, and record incoming stock while ensuring accuracy against PO references. You will organize warehouse shelves with a clear labeling system and efficiently pick and pack outgoing orders, double-checking items and quantities to prevent errors.

Additionally, the role requires conducting regular physical and cycle counts, reconciling any discrepancies with the system records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of proven experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar warehouse role.
• Familiarity with inventory management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software or WMS, with basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Meticulously receive, inspect and record incoming inventory ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and flagging discrepancies immediately.
• Organise and maintain warehouse shelves and storage areas for optimal accessibility and efficient stock rotation implementing a clear labeling system.
• Accurately pick and pack outgoing orders based on requisitions double-checking items and quantities to prevent errors.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts diligently reconciling discrepancies with system records.
