Job summary

EDGE seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment across its international offices and joint ventures. You will partner with senior leaders to design hiring plans, govern processes, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high candidate experience.

You will oversee workforce planning and executive hiring, coaching recruiters, and advancing an international sourcing strategy across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Education in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional recruitment certification preferred.
• Experience leading recruitment teams in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across international offices and joint ventures.
• Partner with business leaders; develop hiring plans aligned to growth.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment governance and SLAs.
• Drive workforce planning and executive hiring activities.
• Oversee recruitment operations across multiple geographies.
• Develop sourcing strategies and manage agency relationships.
• Support complex offer negotiations including relocation and executive packages.
