Job summary

deVere Group Limited is seeking an International Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across multiple international locations from sourcing to offers. You will partner with hiring managers, build a robust candidate pipeline and deliver a superior candidate experience.

You will source, screen and coordinate interviews, monitor KPIs, and contribute to global talent acquisition with a focus on diverse talent pools.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or executive search.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Comfort communicating with diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Experience meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in records and reports.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Positive attitude and collaborative team mindset.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and workforce planning.
• Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates across markets.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking and referrals.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, motivation and fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the journey.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and report on hiring activity and performance.
• Promote deVere brand through recruitment campaigns and social media.
• Continuously identify new sourcing methods and best practices.
