Job summary

ConFlip in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE, is seeking an experienced Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the food service industry, with excellent culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious dishes. The Chef should be familiar with international cuisine and open to new flavors.

Working hours are 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, five days a week. Salary offered: 1100 AED per month plus a transportation allowance and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the food service industry.
• Experience with international cuisine and new flavor development.
• Ability to manage a kitchen team and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop menus and new recipes.
• Prepare meals and oversee kitchen staff.
• Monitor food safety and quality standards.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Maintain documentation and records.
• Keep a clean, efficient kitchen environment.
• Perform cost analysis on dishes.
• Coordinate with team through clear communication.
